אתר זה מופעל על ידי Bee Fresh Hadar, בבעלות זבולון קרליץ ("העסק"), מרחוב הראשונים 8, בני עטרות. השימוש באתר ו/או ביצוע הזמנה מהווים הסכמה לתנאי תקנון זה.
המשלוחים מתבצעים לאזור בית שמש בימי רביעי בלבד. על כל שינוי בימי האספקה תישלח הודעה מוקדמת ללקוח.
העסק מתחייב לספק את המוצרים שהוזמנו בהתאם לזמינות התוצרת ולתנאי השוק. במידה ומוצר מסוים אינו זמין במועד ההזמנה, ייצור העסק קשר עם הלקוח להצעת חלופה או החזר כספי על אותו מוצר.
המוצרים נארזים בקפידה ונמסרים עד לכתובת שמסר הלקוח בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
המחירון מתעדכן בכל שבוע בהתאם למחירי השוק ולזמינות התוצרת. המחיר הקובע הוא המחיר המוצג באתר במועד ביצוע ההזמנה.
הלקוח רשאי לבטל את העסקה בהתאם לתנאי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, ותקנותיו.
ביטול עסקה יתבצע באמצעות הודעה לעסק בטלפון 053-4222680 או בכתב. לצורך ביטול עסקה של מוצרים מתכלים (כגון פירות, ירקות וביצים) — ניתן לבטל עד מועד האריזה והיציאה למשלוח. לאחר מועד זה, מאחר ומדובר בטובין פסידים (מתכלים), לא יתקבל ביטול בהתאם לחוק.
במקרה של פגם באיכות המוצר, יש להודיע לעסק מיידית עם קבלת המשלוח, ויוצע החלפה או זיכוי מלא על המוצר הפגום.
העסק מתחייב שלא להעביר את פרטי הלקוח (שם, טלפון, כתובת) לצד שלישי כלשהו, למעט לצרכי ביצוע המשלוח בלבד.
הפרטים נשמרים במערכת מאובטחת ומשמשים לניהול ההזמנות, יצירת קשר עם הלקוח לצורך המשלוח, ועדכונים לגבי ימי אספקה בלבד.
הלקוח רשאי לבקש בכל עת מחיקה של פרטיו ממערכות העסק באמצעות פנייה לטלפון 053-4222680.
התשלום מתבצע באמצעות ביט, פייבוקס או אשראי. מחירי המוצרים באתר כוללים מע"מ.
הרכישה באתר מותרת אך ורק למי שמלאו לו 18 שנה ומעלה. בעת ביצוע הזמנה, הלקוח מצהיר כי הוא מעל גיל 18. במידה והתשלום מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי, הלקוח מצהיר בנוסף כי הינו הבעלים החוקי של כרטיס האשראי או בעל הרשאה מהבעלים לבצע את העסקה.
העסק עושה כל מאמץ כדי להבטיח טריות ואיכות גבוהה של המוצרים. העסק אחראי להחליף או לזכות כל מוצר פגום באיכותו, בכפוף להודעה סמוך למועד קבלת המשלוח.
החברה ו/או מי מטעמה לא יהיו אחראים לנזק ישיר ו/או עקיף שייגרם כתוצאה משימוש בשירות ו/או שימוש במוצר שנרכש באתר.
העסק שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. מועד העדכון יפורסם באתר.

Deliveries are made to the Beit Shemesh area on Wednesdays only. Any change to delivery days will be communicated to the customer in advance.
The Business is committed to supplying ordered products subject to produce availability and market conditions. If a specific product is unavailable at the time of the order, the Business will contact the customer to offer an alternative or a refund for that product.
Products are packaged with care and delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
The price list is updated weekly based on market prices and produce availability. The binding price is the price displayed on the website at the time of order.
The customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.
Cancellation must be made by notifying the Business via phone 053-4222680 or in writing. For perishable products (such as fruits, vegetables, and eggs), cancellation is possible until the order is packed and dispatched. After that point, since these are perishable goods, cancellation will not be accepted, in accordance with the law.
In case of a quality defect in the product, the customer must notify the Business immediately upon receipt of the delivery, and a replacement or full refund for the defective product will be offered.
The Business commits not to transfer customer details (name, phone, address) to any third party, except as needed for delivery purposes only.
Details are stored in a secure system and are used solely for order management, contacting the customer about deliveries, and providing updates regarding delivery days.
The customer may request, at any time, the deletion of their details from the Business's systems by calling 053-4222680.
Payment is made via Bit, Paybox, or credit card. Product prices on the website include VAT.
Purchasing on the website is permitted only to those aged 18 and over. When placing an order, the customer declares that they are over 18. If payment is made by credit card, the customer additionally declares that they are the legal owner of the credit card or have authorization from the owner to perform the transaction.
The Business makes every effort to ensure freshness and high product quality. The Business is responsible for replacing or refunding any product that is defective in quality, subject to notification near the time of delivery.
The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for direct and/or indirect damages arising from the use of the service and/or the use of a product purchased on the website.
The Business reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The update date will be published on the website.
